Agreement
By using SpaceMint you agree to these terms with Nevika Innovations Pvt Ltd, the operator of the service.
Nature of the data
Positions, passes, eclipses and coverage areas are propagated from publicly published orbital elements. Propagation error grows with element age, so SpaceMint is provided for situational awareness and must not be used as the sole basis for flight-safety, collision-avoidance or regulatory decisions.
Mission commands
Command dispatch inside the console records intent against the mission database. You are responsible for holding the authority required to operate any spacecraft you address.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volumes that degrade it for others, or use it to interfere with licensed spacecraft operations.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevika Innovations Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of SpaceMint.
